"The product I received was quite different from the picture on your website. I have been able to use the Alpine FR-1620 I received, however the front joint came apart as I was attempting to install it, and the only way I could fix it was to use epoxy. The product I received was in two parts: the Rack, and another piece that appeared to be a cover for the front of the Rack. No instructions were included for use of the extra piece of hardware. Would like to hear from you on the best way to install the extra piece."
