"The unit was just as advertised and seems to work fine. I only have two things that would be an improvement. The wiring diagram is so small it requires a magnifying glass to read and the shipping firm wanted to charge extra ($75) to use the hydraulic lift to lower the unit from the back of the truck. How many homes have loading docks?

“We appreciate your feedback! Our A/C installation DVD is geared towards Do-It-Your-Selfers and does not include the portions of the installation that typically require professional assistance. Our position is that a handy and informed individual can complete approximately 90% of an air conditioning installation but will need to hire a pro to work with the refrigerant and complete any other parts of the job that they are not comfortable completing on their own.
Keep in mind; if you buy something from us in the future that typically ships with the DVD included, we will reimburse you the money you spent on that video. Please let us know if we can be of assistance in the future.”
