"The Ptac arrived as scheduled, was very easy to install and get up and running, since it was replacing an older unit, it was a snap had it switched out in about a half hour. I didnt realize it came with a fully digital remote control, what a nice suprise.
It has 2 filter screens unlike the one I replaced that only had one. The unit is very quiet also."
