“Thanks for your feedback. We appreciate your patience during the delay on your order. You may have discovered this already, but our DVD includes all 7 of our installation videos. Some players automatically start playing the first video rather than taking you to the menu where you can select which video to watch. If you press the “menu” button on your DVD player it should give you your choice of videos. If that doesn’t work, please let us know so that we can send you another copy! Thanks for your business!”

"I had ordered a new Ac unit online on a Saturday did not hear anything thur Wednesday the following week about the unit shipping out so I emailed them about the hold up and they replied to me that the unit was on back order and that they would let me know when it would be shipping out to me. I was under the impression that delivery would be a couple of days and at no time of ordering the unit was I notified of the unit being on back order, nor was I informed by them until I contacted them first, I am very unhappy with alpine because the unit that I am replacing with this one is dead and I am in need of this unit now not sometime in the future, I live in AZ and we are having record breaking temperatures right now! If I don't receive the unit VERY SOON I will be canceling my order and going to your competitor for better service!!

“We appreciate your feedback Ben. We are working on improvements to our backorder notification system. Having multiple warehouses means we have fewer backorders than most similar organizations, but sometimes leaves us embarrassed when our existing systems don’t function the way we want them to. Sorry we were unable to get that unit to you quickly enough. As you might imagine, this record breaking heat has meant our industry is selling equipment faster than manufacturers can make it. We trust you were able to locate the unit elsewhere and find satisfactory relief!”
