"I purchased the split goodman central air unit kit and paid for it on the 5/22/13 . The very next day I received an email stating the items I purchased are on back order. I immadetely contacted their customer service and I was told the same and to wait until they receive the items. They didn't know how long and I wasn't getting a estimate time. Few days later I called them again and I was told that the most items are in stock and that the rest should arrive by 6/3/13 and that they will contact me ones they do arrive and they are shipped. Ok! Today 6/3/13 i havent receive anything in email nor I got a call from them so I decided to call them. I was transferred from one to another and end up leaving a voice mail regarding my order!!! I am very disappointed at the alpine and their service . I paid and I am still waiting for the items to arrive. That's not the way to treat your customers. To charge them for something you don't have and then make them wait. I will call them again to find out what is going on with my order. "
