"Will never do business again with this company again. I have had an item on back order (still is) for almost 3 weeks. Every time I call, the response is "we are waiting on a shipment on Tuesday". Have been told numerous times that they were going to call me back... never happens. I have six more HVAC Projects coming up within the next 2 months... I will definitely not use Alpine and will most assuredly warn all of my contemporaries to stay away from this company.

I have called 6 times today alone. Finally, spoke to a "person" rather than a recording. Guess what answer I got ... "we are waiting for Tuesday's" shipment". I have been in supply chain management for over 30 years... if this is their version of a successful business model, then Alpine is broke.

Extremely dissatisfied!

"The order was placed 10 days ago and I was notified that the product was backordered. No further contact since and no response to email.

A call to the 1-800 number suggested they would call me back. I do not have the time to sit around and wait for a frickin callback when there should be someone to respond to my query, basically it's called service.

We are moving into hot weather and waiting and not knowing what is is happening with a backordered and discontinued product is not acceptable.
