I have called 6 times today alone. Finally, spoke to a "person" rather than a recording. Guess what answer I got ... "we are waiting for Tuesday's" shipment". I have been in supply chain management for over 30 years... if this is their version of a successful business model, then Alpine is broke.

A call to the 1-800 number suggested they would call me back. I do not have the time to sit around and wait for a frickin callback when there should be someone to respond to my query, basically it's called service.

We are moving into hot weather and waiting and not knowing what is is happening with a backordered and discontinued product is not acceptable."
