"Hello,

When I made the purchase, I called and you said everything was in stock. I then proceeded with my order. I called Monday May 13th and you said it would ship Thursday May 16th. I never heard anything so I called Friday May 17th @ 4:35 p.m. and said it should ship Tuesday May 21st. I ordered from your store due to the reviews on the website. The website is well done. If I would have known this from the start I would have ordered locally. The first person should not have said everything was in stock. I would rate this as terrible service.

We normally have most products in stock and ready to ship, but when we do have a backorder situation our goal is to provide an experience just about opposite to the one you described here. We want to set realistic expectations with our customers so that you can make the important decisions you need to make about your purchase.
