"The product was good and shipped in good packaging. However, the video for installation focused too much on the running of lines and wires and didn’t pertain to the condenser unit I bought. On top of that they tell you maybe a couple hundred bucks to have someone finish the last 10% and the cheapest quote I got was $500 which is not what I was expecting. Then it’s also hard to find someone who will finish the work that you’ve done most companies won’t touch it unless they did the install. Very misleading. "

"First off let me say that Alpine Home Air Products support has been outstanding and they have been helpful through my entire installation and trouble shooting process. I purchased a 21 seer 4 zone system. The head units where unable to be place on exterior walls so i had to also purchase and install condensation pumps for each head. The pumps I purchased where Aspen mini aqua pumps. The wiring diagram that was sent with the pumps is wrong when operating more that two heads. Unfortunately in heat mode they work because they don't need to pump and my install was done in the fall. When summer finally came around, heads started to have problems and make awful noises, the end result was replacing all four condensation pumps(all in the attic at my expense). The warranty covered the replacement of the pumps but not the almost $600.00 installation fee by my licensed AC contractor( a friend none the less). So word to the wise if you are installing a multi head system and condensation pumps make sure you call the technical support to attain the correct wiring diagram or you will endure the same headache . I am a big fan of the systems I have them in my shop and apartment above the shop and they are great, once everything is installed correctly."
