"I gave Chris Furbacher the serial number to my old obsolete unit, and he matched me up with a new one. I actually saved around a thousand bucks from everywhere else I checked. "we have purchased two of these units from this company one was 126,000 BTU gas unit 5 ton and one was a 3 ton for residential the first one is for a bar and grill in Gardner Kansas called the tumbleweed and we installed it they were told that it would be July before they were able to get a pack unit from train and the one they were getting was the three ton and it was almost $9,000 we got this one for roughly five I believe 5 and 1/2 and installed it in less than a day took us about 6 hours to install that was removing the old unit putting in the new unit doing new electrical for it and running new thermostat wire since the squirrels have decided to eat the thermostat wire at this place and this unit was a 5 ton and it actually overpowered the other three pack units that were at this building so they only have to run one unit now instead of four to cool and heat this building that's how efficiency things are the 5 ton is 126,000 BTU or British ton units the second one which you'll have the invoice number for is a 3-ton Blue ridge we need a two and a half time we went three ton because it's a little bit more cooling a little bit more heat it's electric unit all electric that's what the customer wanted so we got them all electric these things are awesome we'll be installing this one this weekend today is 6/07/2022 we ordered it I believe Thursday and it was here today this unit was approximately $3, 096 with everything I believe and that included the pad the heater 77 kilowatt heater that went in it and a the connection for the 14 in duct work that is a super reasonable price for a 310 pack unit that's beyond reasonable and it's high quality equipment I would highly recommend this stuff I do this for a living everyday and I see packets and I see AC condensing units that are falling apart these guys build a quality product they stand behind it everything they do technical support they'll tell you what's wrong with it the troubleshoot it with you they'll go through it if you want a company that stands behind you buy from these guys Alpine is the company now you can go to train and you can go to carrier and you can go to Mr cool or you can go to Goodman wherever you want you're still not going to get the quality of product that these guys sell I mean right after I installed the first unit the five time I had heat on in less than 20 minutes and it got so hot at 70° it was actually shut off all the other units in the building they actually had to run the thermostat at 66° and it still would keep the building almost at 72 and that's with a negative wind chill -10 this company builds a super quality product I'm going to be installing one in my home here shortly and I have an old international comfort product pack unit and it's only at 2 and 1/2 ton I'm going to go with a new 5 ton unit but as I was saying these guys built some quality product so if you want a quality product from a quality company you need to purchase from them anybody else that says any bad reviews or anything I'm going to call bull crap on you and I will travel anywhere in the US to prove you that this is a quality company my company's called ACDC electrical and HVAC out of Augusta Kansas. I've installed these units I stand behind these units and I know these guys do a quality job so if you want to quality product this would be the company to go with if I can do a video and let you guys see me setting these units up and the way we set them up and how fast they go up I would make a video and let you see it my next review I will add a link for a video so you guys can see us at these units up and how fast they go in and just keep watching the reviews on these guys cuz I'll add more reviews later and I'll add links to videos you guys can watch a set their units up we'll even take a picture of the unit and video of the unit up close so you can actually see their name on it and everything and we'll unpack the unit on the video cuz all of our units when they come from these guys come completely packed in a cardboard box with plastic around them or in a crate with plastic around it and it's secure and it's safe they do a great job at packing them so if you want a good unit buy from these guys if you want an expensive unit go buy from somebody else you're going to get a better quality unit for the from Alpine and the Blue ridge manufacturers then you will train or Carrier or Goodman or Mr cool or any of them so I recommend purchasing from these guys they build higher quality equipment and it's a lot cheaper next time I give a review I will be sending a video with it the link to a video how about some packaging the unit after it gets to where we're working and we'll let you see us install this unit how we do it and we will walk you through the whole process just to show how easy install and you shouldn't be getting charged $9000 $18,000 for a pack unit unless you're putting it on top of a commercial building and it's better be like a 20 ton but y'all have"

Since I live in the desert and was trying to hook up an air conditioning unit, the parts were useless to me. Then I find out I’ll be charged for opening the box to find out that what I needed was not there. Not a good experience. Staff seemed unconcerned. Kept hanging up on me while on the phone. I spent almost $4000.00 with you people and concern from you people was almost non existent. I won’t be referring anyone to you and definitely won’t be coming back for business. "
