"Husband ordered parts needed to repair our HVAC unit. As soon as I placed the ordered Alpine called. They wanted to review the order and confirm we ordered the correct parts for our existing unit. WOW. We received the parts within 2 days to rural southeast Ohio! WOW. We talked to Alpine technician about the work that needed to be done. Excellent experience

"My experience with Alpine Home Air has been, hands down, my BEST interaction with a company that I can remember. I ordered a non-DIY mini-split that I completely installed myself. I chatted online with an agent online who took my information and sized a unit for me. I called the next day and was greeted by a human within minutes who addressed me by name as soon as they answered. They had my quote already up and they were quickly calibrated to speak with me about my order. It was as if I was their only customer. I completed my purchase and my unit was delivered by freight within a few days. Everything was packaged very well on one single pallet. At install time, I was pleased to find that everything I needed was included (minus specialty tools, I did not expect those to be included). I completed install and my unit fired up exactly as expected. When done, I called support just to talk through the install and make sure I did not overlook anything. I spoke with Bryan who is clearly an experienced HVAC installer. I explained to him that I did the install myself, including a pressure test and vacuuming down the lines. Bryan did not speak down to me like I have experienced with other HVAC professionals when broaching the topic of taking this on DIY. He spoke to me as a peer and gave me great feedback. Following the install, the unit has heated and cooled my home office exceptionally well for the past 10 months. I started to notice some bearing noise from the motor a few weeks ago, it was time for the true test. How is the warranty service? I emailed support with an explanation of the issue. Once I provided my serial number and order number, a warranty motor was sent completely free of charge. It was on my front porch the next day. When I installed the motor, I damaged a board. Completely my fault. I called support this time to explain what happened. They handled it as a warranty claim and sent me a new board. Again, it was on my front porch the next day. Completely free of charge. Alpine Blue Ridge has done an outstanding job at every level from sales, post sales support, and warranty. Yes, this is just a resold Midea unit and all of the HVAC techs will tell you that they are junk, but next time you hear that stop and ask them a few questions. Why are they junk? What specifically goes wrong? How many have you worked on? Of the ones you worked on, how many were failures of the installer compared to equipment failures? This is what I did during a quote for a leading brand and the tech could not answer the questions. Maybe they are right and I will curse this decision in 5 years, but I doubt it. Until then, I will recommend these units to anyone and everyone looking for the best value in a mini-split and I will be buying from them again to condition my garage. Thank you for the excellent experience and please never change a thing."
