"Ordered a scratch and dent after a sales person told me they never resell a previously installed and only never opened items. So we bought a scratch and dent. My installer said something is not right? It had a conversion kit inside already and the package inside was open but the install books/instructions and additional parts were missing after he called the tech department. So we had to call to get the missing parts and the book sent to us. (in the winter) We got the parts never got the books and they wanted us to use one sent by email with no reception it was not easy but still never sent it to us. My installer had to come back to install the missing parts that came in ASAP because it was winter and it cost us another 200.00 . They sent us 50.00 earlier but it did not cover the 200.00 that was clearly not our fault. We called the tech right away on the day of install. They said we never take a return if it was opened or installed before. Maybe after this they will look at all returns before selling. I called and left messages on the phone and email about the 200.00 additional bill and they never returned my call. She told a customer service rep to tell me she has spoke to me a couple of times and 50.00 is all they can do. I spoke to her once only. So my slightly dent deal ended up costing us more then brand new never returned. Unit is working great. No complaints there. Fast shipping. Nice customer service and tech calls up to the install date and missing parts discovered. They did take the unopen return of the conversion kit back as we did not need it since someone installed it already when they bought it. I was very excited and happy up to this point. We are getting into developing properties and was hoping this would work."
