"We ordered a mini split with ceiling cassettes and installed them ourselves. We had a HVAC tech help is out with the line set. We called customer service because we didn’t know what size drain pipes we needed and we had an error once we fired up the unit. Each time the CS reps were beyond helpful and very detailed. Even when we missed their call the CS rep left a detailed message, so we didn’t have to play phone tag. Wonderful experience! We will gladly refer anyone. Thank you. "
