"I ordered online for a furnace I would install myself being on Social Security(age 67) and unable to afford a contractor. Delivery was prompt and with good communication. The driver was very nice and helpful. The instructions included were clear and I had no problem installing the furnace as a first timer. I do have background with commercial gas ovens as to electrical, gas lines and fabricating skills and experience. Furnace was delivered in excellent condition and is working perfectly, though it has only run a few times. I am very pleased at this point. My other furnace still worked at 30 yrs. old, but I wanted a preemptive summer swap out to avoid a winter breakdown. I also felt I got a very affordable price."
