Called and they were friendly and sympathetic and pointed me to their web site videos instead. Could not find any video on how to get the plenums assembled. Had trouble assembling the corners but satisfied with the ultimate result. I would purchase plenums from them next time. "

Took a few days to install as I poured a pad for the condensing unit. Installation was fairly simple, but I'm a tradesman. Happy with the quality of construction. Cools a sunroom nicely. Have to wait and see about heating. Wife loves it. Only downside is now the wife want to re-furnish the sunroom. $$$"
