Most of the time I received my stuff on time when they say, there was a few times overnight delivery arrived a day late, not their fault but the shipper. I never had a problem requesting a refund of overnight delivery charges which they promptly do."

"Amazon continues to be very reliable and super easy to use. With the addition of their marketplace vendors, and price comparisons with shipping included, they are my go-to place for online shopping.

On the rare occasion where I have had customer service needs, I have had no problems getting resolution.

The only complaint that I have had is that on a few occasions I have ordered books or music that is not in stock that after 3 months they could not get for me. However, they did periodically update me there would be a continuing delay.

"I have been ordering from Amazon since they were mostly a book store and there is no comparison - they are the best. You can find the lowest prices, the best clearance deals by sorting by price and you can drill down to browse or use the search feature to find exactly what you want easier and faster than on any other site. Mostly the boxes come undamaged and they use paper and air pillows for packing, not peanuts which are so hard to throw out and clean up after. The items are almost always new, sometimes a return sneaks in there. But I have ordere off K-mart, JC Penney and Sears and have gotten horrible used merchandise - one children's plush toy smelled like smoke and beer. When there is a mistake or a mix up they are very quick to fix it with a minimum or no begging required, you can do it online and don't have to call. Their return policy is great, and they have UPS pick up for free on certain returns so you just have to leave it at your front door. I'm a big fan of Amazon."
