The website is extremely easy to use and the shipping and order processing is very fast. I will shop again at Amazon.com and will recommend it to others for shopping. "

"I've been a customer of Amazon.com for years. I must say that I don't buy that often and all my purchases were books. I can honestly say that I buy books from them about twice a year.
They have the best prices and they are great with getting it to you quickly.
My problem however stems from the fact that over the years I feel the packaging has gotten worse and the books seem to be more and more dirty when they arrive at my place.
I'm by no means a clean freak, but I don't want the books to arrive looking like my father's car repair manuals. OK, they were not greasy on the sides, but they had dark marks that couldn't be cleaned away. Additionally last time I ordered two of the books arrived with the cover pages damaged. I blame it on the poor packaging."

"I bought NEW Citizen Nighthawk watch from Amazon. The item I received was NOT A NEW ITEM. The watch I received appeared to be used. Cylindrical box and warranty booklet were stained. No nylon film on the watch dial and bracelet. And most disappointing the bracelet clasp was all scratched. I am very disappointed with Amazon. As a consumer when I buy a new item I expect it to be REALLY NEW. And if they sell used watches they need to state USED instead of NEW in the item description."

"I had a very poor experience with this order. First of all, the order did not arrive. I contacted both Amazon.com and the affiliate (OrangeOnions) and received no responses. I waited another week and contacted them both again, still no response. I did not receive a response until I was given the opportunity to rate the transaction...which I rated accordingly. It was then that the affiliate contacted me and tried to bribe me with a $15 coupon to redact my review. The $15 did not even come close to making up for the $70 I lost not receiving the order. It was more of an insult. I wish I could have rated them again because they would have gotten another bad review."
"I have ordered many times from Amazon. Orders are processed quickly and shipping is timely and usually free. Whenever I've had a problem I emailed customer service and have gotten a quick and helpful response. Returns are easy - a UPS return shipping label is generated - and the return shipping charge to be deducted from your refund is known in advance and reasonable in amount. They have a large inventory of products and their prices are competitive. All considered, a good place to shop."
