"Amazon 3rd party seller bigfish1980 is based in China and sells several products on Amazon. I don't know the quality of all the items sold by bigfish1980, but the stainless door sill protectors I purchased for a 2015 Honda Accord Sedan do not stay on. The 3M tape strips are too thin to contact the door sill. The tape strips need to be much thicker. They fall off. Complete waste of money. If I could send these inferior products back, I would, but they came from China and the return freight would cost more than the product costs. The seller, bigfish1980 has given me a full refund, even though I won't be sending these defective items back to Hong Kong, China. Very honest seller and aims to please and make things right!!"

"If I could give them 0 stars I would. Purchased aluminum diamond plate pickup truck bed rail protectors through Amazon from a company in GA named East Coast Jeeps. Parts arrived on 3 August, 2015 damaged so I contacted Amazon and East Coast Jeeps. It should have been easy to return damaged parts due to improper packaging, not so. They wanted pictures on two different occasions. Due to a lack of cooperation by East Coast Jeeps, I filed an A-Z guarantee with Amazon on 7 August. East Coast Jeeps delayed filing a damage claim with UPS until 10 August. I returned the parts via UPS on 12 August and immediately informed East Coast Jeeps and Amazon of the parts being out of my hands as I was requested to do. Here it is 17 August and East Coast Jeeps hasn't returned an email since 11 August and Amazon just tells me "they are looking into the matter" but no refund. Let it be known that East Coast Jeeps is selling parts that have been returned and are incomplete and are repackaging them and selling them as "new". The part I received was missing numerous parts and instructions let alone that it was not packaged with any protection inside the box, Not the way it came from the manufacturer. I am disgusted with Amazon. I have not been on hold with them for almost 30 minutes and no supervisor is available to deal with this issue. Guess if they ignore me I will go away."

"Amazon used to be great. I used to rave about Prime and its benefits. But recently, things have changed. Prime is no longer two days. Logistics are a nightmare. Shipping is problematic.
Case and point: I received a notification on my phone today (a Saturday) that UPS had made a delivery attempt (at 8am...on a Saturday). I didn't hear the bell, but I looked outside, and there was no evidence of a delivery attempt. I called UPS, and they said they've handed it off to the Post Office so it's their problem. As an Amazon customer, this amounts to a terrible experience on my end.
Like I said, things didn't used to be this way. Amazon WAS great. They are no longer. I've set my Prime membership to expire, and will be moving as many of my purchases as possible away from Amazon to other retailers (both online and local)."

This product should not be offered on Amazon. It has just ruined my printer. I may stop shopping on amazon if they do not offer to make good on replacement of my printer.
I will add, I am waiting to see how the resolve this with me, but am extremely disappointed in the refusal to post a honest review. There is nothing abusive in it, and this hurts my trust in the company.
Amazon apologized for my misfortune but will do nothing but replace the ink. Ink for a printer that no longer works. If I bought this ink from HP they would be replacing my printer. LD inks ruined my printer. and I now know my shopping on amazon comes with the same dangerous as buy from a stranger on craigslist. I have been a loyal shopper of Amazon and loved them up til now. A defective product manufactured to mimic HP destroyed my product. Looking back I don't see how this was not a counterfeit ink cartridges, as it registered as genuine HP, but is not. So is Amazon selling knock offs? Another question to consider. I plan on investigating this, and if there are violations pursue them.

I have all these promotional credits that I got for selecting a certain type of shipping. I went to use them today and it charged my credit card instead. I tried a different movie thinking I had done something wrong and it drained the gift card I had on there. I cancelled both orders and contacted customer support to find out that I could only use it to purchase the movie planes. After telling the lady to just remove the credits because I have no use for that movie she told me she added 5.00 in credits to my account to be used on whatever I wanted.
