Beware!
"I signed up JustAnswer.com and then had to pay a $5 fee. I did so and then was billed another $40 to talk with a professional but never connected, nor did I approve the $40 charge. Then, I had to block the charges on my credit card. What a hassle!"

The best in Price and the best in Service
"Spent a hour working with a "supervisor" who could not find the reason why none of my computer could not pull up my bookings... they said that I should try after 24hours... then again after 24hours... then again. There is no tech support if Expedia has a system issue... Thus, I will not book again with Expedia."

Six weeks have passed and no stamp
"My order shows over six weeks ago I placed and paid for the product but nada. No response to my various email, nothing. I have used Rubber Stamp Champ before and they were competent but now, not sure why, they have dropped the ball on both getting me my stamp and communicating with me. Thumbs down."

"Issue is with their bogus "refund" offers. In Aug I sent in a completed request for a $18 "mail-in savings offer". After 2 months I went to the store and the GM called the 'refund department' to find out that "invalid because of 1)damage 2) missing or 3) unreadable". I showed the store GM the photo copy of what I sent in and it was 100% correct and readable. He told them to send the refund and I finally got a check in December, 3.5 months and all this hassle. Not, again. They lost my business. It is evident to me this ruse was to get me to buy and get them not to pay."

"Horrible. I ordered a IPHONE and over a week later it still had not arrived. I should have used Amazon ... never a hassle, but BestBuy cannot compete it today's market either in shipping service or in price - Avoid."

If you have problems with your order you are S.O.L.
"Thus far I have ordered five books from TextbookRush and most were cheaper that anywhere else. The books came exactly as stated in the dealers blurb. Textbookrush's website is not as user friendly as others and if you have problems is it very difficult to get help."

"Amazon is the Tesla of online sales. No one can beat their vast selection, seldom do I find a lower price and if you have a "Prime" account, 2 day shipping is free."

"It is difficult buying boots online ... especially cowboy (or cowgirl) boots. Sheplers has a great selection but, but Shepler's return policy is a serious hassle, especial if you are use to Amazon or Zappos You have to fill out questionnaire, documents and YOU Pay for the return shipping. It will take weeks to get your refund and Not Good at all. I will not use Sheplers again because of this return policy alone."

"It has been more than 45 days since I ordered this item. I called Gearxs 3 times finding out that they shipped the item to the wrong address and they said when they get it back they will refund the money, not before. Thus the customer is responsible for their ineptitude. If they make a mistake you will pay. AVOID."

"What a hassle, I spent over 25 minutes on the website looking for Christmas gift. When I was ready to check out spent another 25 minutes trying to get the website to take my credit card... it would not. Called the 800# and spent another 15 minutes giving them the same info that I just put into their database... selected two day delivery and after three days (one day before Christmas Eve) I called and found out that the order was put in under another email name.. fixed that and was promised it would be delivered by Christmas Eve... what a Hassle ... I told the "agent" that they should check out AMAZON and see how ordering can be/should be done. Not again. Not Recommended"

"I ordered via the Target webpage a CD set.... the page state 2-5 days delivery. After I paid, they sent me an email stating that the CD would arrive 1 month latter. I called and was told "it is back ordered", I asked to cancel the order and after 20 min on hold I was told they couldn't... their system would not accept a cancel order. The should have stated that the item was back ordered and they should make using a stop order easy ... I regret using Target and I should have stayed with Amazon ..."
