"After I ordered this bed I did not hear from Amerisleep for weeks until the bed shipped. Nobody told me when I ordered it that it would take so long for it to arrive. When you go online to call you find that Amerisleep makes it very difficult to reach them by phone. You want everything done via email. When you send an email it may take days for someone to respond to you and then you get what I call canned answers to your question. Nobody will pick up the phone and call to discuss the issue/issues. When the bed finally arrived it was dumped on my front door step by Fed Ex Ground. I was home at the time and within 15 feet of the front door but nobody bothered to ring the bell. I was quick to see why the driver just dumped it and left. The box was destroyed (I have pictures of it) and the mattress had begun to expand. With some effort I was able to drag the thing inside.
Once it was set up I have found that it does not deliver the things that were described in getting me to buy this mattress. The quality of my sleep is not at all better and in fact on some mornings my back is so sore I can barely get out of bed.
I have asked what the steps are to get this mattress out of my house and returned but that email has not been answered and that was probably 2 weeks ago.
I am hopeful that someone will finally respond. I know they won't call me but just maybe someone will take the time to COMMUNICATE.
