"I ordered a mattress cover. It felt like plastic. When I tried to return it, I was told to find a local charity to donate it and after a form is filled out I could get my refund. The concept is nice but I don’t see why they can’t just return it and donate it themselves. I feel like they are banking on people not doing it, so they won’t have to refund the money."

I ordered the AS3 and is too hard for me so they sent me a topper that resembles the AS4. I love it. They will pick up the AS3 and deliver the AS4.

"Ordered 2 mattresses. The king came to our house in about a week and was so easy to set up. The queen was delivered to my daughters apartment and wasn’t to her satisfaction. We contacted the company and they immediately directed us to a more appropriate mattress type and sent it to her within 10 days. Couldn’t be more happy. Definitely would recommend "

"I'd give a higher score except that their AS4 bed is far too soft for sleeping in any position. Laying for even a short while in one position and then trying to move is like rolling out of a trench. However, I called to see if they would allow me to swap the bed for a slightly firmer one and they seemed to have no problem with the idea. However, to remove the old bed, the company that took it didn't seem to understand the idea of a receipt (which Amerisleep wants before giving the refund for the cheaper bed) so I am sill waiting on that. Mine is not to reason why the problems but I don't like promises of any kind not kept. End of story is that the replacement bed is excellent."

"I am still getting a feel for the mattress, but so far so good. The platform that I bought through the company is terrible. The wooden slats are not long enough so they keep falling through the platform and making the mattress sag. Very frustrating since I spent $275 on the platform. I expected better quality. It was a pain because I had to put everything together myself, so if I have to send it back, it would be an even bigger hassle."
