"I Ordered an A5 mattress from Amerisleep. They delivered an A2 mattress. Big price difference. I was told conflicting answers many of times by different people. I explained that it was clearly written on the exterior of the packaging and could preserve the packaging and the matress in a like new state. They made me prove to them it was incorrect by unpacking and letting air into the entire cal king matress and then taking pictures. It was a long and aggravating process that took 2 weeks in having the bed picked up (which they had junked instead of giving to charity like we suggested) and 3 weeks in returning my money. I will never purchase from Amerisleep again because of the horrible customer service I experienced. I purchased a Tempurpedic instead and haven't looked back since!"

"I bought the As4 in medium soft but the bed is still very hard. My friend has a tempurpedic which is amazing so thought I would try this option since reviews were so good and less expensive by far. I might try the soft version of this mattress but dont really want to pay extra hundreds. I am very light at 125 lbs so wonder if this has anything to do with the hardness. I even gave it to my 200 lb son to use for a couple of weeks and it did get better but still not happy. Truly on the fence whether to try the softer version or just get my money back and get a tempurpedic...sigh? BTW my son loved it so maybe a heavier person or a couple would be better for this mattress. "
