I’m 100lbs and my husband is 175 so we aren’t heavy people to create the wear this mattress has had in 3 years. My back/body is sore everyday I wake up. I’m very disappointed. "

"I bought a pillow from Amerisleep. Every day for 5 days I checked to see if it had shipped yet. The site said it was still preparing for shipment. I called to cancel the order since it hadn’t shipped yet. The next day the pillow was by the mailboxes in my condo building. Totally unexpected since their site still said it had not shipped. I let them know what had happened. It took a week for someone to get back to me. Apparently, they had arranged for FedEx to pick up the pillow as a return but never informed me of this action. Sure enough, the next day FedEx came to pick it up. By then, I had already thrown away the box. Also never received a return shipping label. I received an email saying I could donate the pillow and once I had shown proof with pictures, they would refund my money. I never could figure out what that meant and most charitable organizations do not take pillow donations anyway. I ended up just keeping the pillow. It wasn’t worth the runaround I was getting from this company. The pillow is very heavy. It was recommended for side sleepers, but, is so flat, my head is lying on the mattress when I try to use it. Definitely a waste of the $75 it cost. I will never order from this company again and I have told all my friends and relatives not to also. I do NOT recommend this company."
