"I ordered 2 Queens with 2 adjustable bed frames and 2 king pillows and 2 mattress covers.
2 Queen mattresses showed up along with king pillows and mattress covers, however, only one adjustable bed frame showed up. I called you said sorry and said you would send 2 Queen pillows, thank you, but then the bed frame never came. I called you and you said, "oh sorry, looks like that never got ordered, we will order it and send you 2 more Queen pillows" It did NOT get ordered and the 2 Queen pillows never showed up. I called again..........because I honestly could not believe it! I called again....you offered me 2 king pillows, thank you.....but I am still wondering where the other 2 Queen pillows are......
I did ask to have the bed frame refunded and still have it sent to me, Amerisleep refused, which I think was a reasonable request after several months and several phone calls.
When the first bed frame showed up, the 2 men were really struggling to get it up the stairs, my husband and son helped the 2 delivery boys. I just got off the phone with the delivery company and said, do not deliver this 2nd one with only 2 delivery people....or deliver it on a Wednesday afternoon so that I can be sure and have my husband and son available to help with the heavy bed frame.
We are liking the actual mattress and the one bed frame, just not the experience with Amerisleep."

I've finally figured out it is so worth it to spend more money on a higher quality mattress considering how much I use it. From the very first night, I slept better.
