I thought I was starting to adjust but could not get used to the soft edges when sitting on the mattress. I also had a hard time sometimes feeling “stuck” in the mattress. The pick up for my mattress was an easy process and when they come they said they pick up one everyday. I am awaiting my refund so that is the last step in my experience. I found it slightly hard for my 5'5" frame at 165 lbs, I am no light weight but I do have some joint issues on my right hip. I purchased a 3 inch cooling foam topper to go over it and now its perfect for the both of us. We bought the AS3 I think the AS4 would have been too soft for him."
