"After my mattress “fell off of the Fed Ex truck”, Amerisleep was supposed to send a replacement. After 10 days, they still had not sent it and could not estimate when it would ship. I ended up cancelling my order and shopping elsewhere. "

"When I talked to an agent before I bought the bed, she told me someone would come and set up the bed for me. When the frame came, no service guys came. so I called customer service and she said that I didn't order the white glove option. Never saw a white glove option. So there my 225 lb bed frame sat in the driveway, with rain coming in the next few days. So I had to call my 82 yr. old Father and my crippled brother to try to help me get it in the house. While trying to do so, I feel down and thought i had broke my arm, but i didn't thankfully but had a nasty bruise and scraps on my right arm.
Now after sleeping on my mattress for a few weeks the mattress hurts my back. Would like to order a softer mattress, but I was told I had to pay for the return of the mattress I have now. I have no clue as how to do that when I can barely lift the dang thing.
So yes, my over all experience with Amerisleep has been an AWEFUL experience and would never, ever recommend to my friends and family to buy one of your beds. I will be writing on a review page of my horrible experience.

"The mattress does not deliver on comfort as promised and when asked to switch to another number as promised we could by the website guarantee they charge us extra for the same size mattress when they promised a replacement would by free, and we put in for a replacement softer matress 2 weeks or so ago and still waiting. We are starting to feel like they are trying to wait out the trial period so they don't have to make good on the new mattress. And even if they deliver we don't hold out much hope it will be any better. For the price and frustration and dissatisfaction experienced we would have been better off going to a matress store."

"I've already contacted your customer support via email and I didn't receive a satisfactory response. I was asked to review how my support experience went and supposedly the complaint was reopened... but no response. A brand new credit card that I had never used anywhere else, and still haven't,received was compromised when I made my order for my mattress. The mattress order was the only time I had ever used the card. The waterproof liner came damaged and I asked for a replacement, which I never received a response. And I asked they start processing the return for the mattress so I could get my return as soon as possible. The response to that was your phone number. Why couldn't that person process my return. I purchased the AS5, supposedly your softest mattress... That was the most uncomfortable, and the firmest mattress I have ever slept on. I deliberately selected the softest mattress because I am a sleep number 35, a plush mattress person. I wanted a soft mattress and your company advertised this as one. Now I am stuck with a garbage product for over a month that I didn't want and I am paying finance charges on the cost of the mattress because a return couldn't be processed quickly. "

"While I never received any confirmations or status updates of my order, it was easy enough to track via website. The matress arrived quickly and set up was super easy. After about 5 nights I decided the matress was perfect! I’ve slept on a Temperpedic Cloud Lux for many years and find this matress superior..... It’s differeny, but I really like it much better than the Cloud. Super sleep, always the right temperature. Much easier to flip my body around and never feel like I’m “stuck”. As a previous Temperpedic owner/lover, I 110% recommend this superior alternative at about 1/3 the price. Thank you!"
