The biggest hurdle was selecting the proper firmness level based upon the type of sleepers we are. The 100 night guarantee made it a no worry situation. We chose the AS3 (middle of the pack) and are very satisfied with the result. Coming from a traditional innerspring mattress, it takes 3 - 4 days to really get used to the feel of a foam mattress, but once you acclimate, the sleep is wonderful.
