"The glasses are fine, but I planned on having them for a very important client party. When I called to find out why they had not arrived by the expected time, I was told they were at customs. What? No one told me that could be a problem, I ordered with a week to spare in case there was an issue, but still they did not arrive on time. Customer service offered no help or compensation- just said that there was nothing they could do. Poor service in general! "

The deal was good so I ordered. Within same day, I receive a phone call from Amsterdam offering to double my order for a 'deal.' After asking a few questions to see if there was a catch, I agree.

Sure enough, the invoice came in after the extra pens were shipped, and it was not the agreed upon price.

I am not sure I will use this company again.

"The pens we ordered were exactly what we wanted and delivered quickly. The only reason I took one star away is that I had to screw the tips back on for about half of the pens. They are not packaged very tight for shipping so they move around a lot and the tips get loose. If it were a few pens, no big deal but on hundreds it's inconvenient."
