"The original pen I received as a sample was very bright in the lettering almost a Chrome appearance. My order came and I wasn't entirely happy with the color And brightness of the lettering. In addition, some of the pens were delivered to me in pieces. Thus having to spend time putting them back together again once I found all the parts.

"Great pricing on the pens and we were able to get the pens customized the way we wanted. One thing, I never received a shipping notification or tracking number and didn't find out the pens were delivered on August 29 until September 8. FedEx dropped the box off at a side door that is never used at the back of the building. Only after I contacted Amsterdam was I told they were delivered and then given a tracking number. FedEx dropped the big ball regarding delivery but a tracking number emailed to us upon shipping from Amsterdam would have let me follow it. Otherwise, great product at a great price!"

"This was our first time using Amsterdam Printing. We tried two other companies with failed printing results before finding them. Out of 5 items we ordered, 2 of 3 have arrived and are perfect, 1 had a partial printing issue due to a combination of our smaller design details and the texture we tried to print on. Their customer service team has been very proactive in finding a solution to remedy the situation, from offering to attempt another method and reprint to replace the product with another.
