They mugs were stuck in holders, and there was no packing paper or anything to keep the mugs from falling out of the holders. The box was also not marked fragile or "this way up". My guess is that the box was turned upside down in shipping and the mugs went flying. So disappointing. "

The rationale offered was that they were manufactured in Mexico and had shipping delays. If the information had been provided up-front, I could have chosen a different product and met my client's deadline -- or a different provider. And the calendar page in the journal was 2020 and 2021; these were ordered in June of 2021. . . "
