"I am a small business owner trying to make it through this trying Covid times. I have never written a review of anyone until now. Amsterdam Printing sent me a re-order offer on some pens I had previously purchased from them. 50 pens for $74.50, great. I used the return envelope and sent a check for the amount with the order form. Next I receive an invoice for $122.35! I am charged for a new set-up charge (on a previous order) and $22 shipping (which was economy!). I called to see why the extra charges. They told me I hadn't read the "fine print" on the order form (which I no longer had since I mailed it back with the check), implying it was my fault. I cancelled the order since I didn't want to pay double price for 50 pens. They had cashed my check immediately without my approval of the higher invoice. Now they are telling me it will take 4 weeks to issue a refund! Nice scam!"
"Just received the pens, they seem to work. Obviously not enough time to critique the quality. I was disappointed in the logo size on the pen. I did get a proof and was told it is bigger than the proof showed. "

"We order the calendars in December (12/14/20) and were told a shipping date for Mid February. We spoke to representative Marisol who seems very new and unsure of her processes.
We had to call back in February (2.22.21) to ask why we hadn't received the product since they were now needed!
we were told what we originally ordered was out of stock and they were not sure why it had not been sent out but we could get calendars sent immediately if we would change our order to just blue lines instead of colored graphics as we had ordered. We settled for the change because we needed the calendars by our March meeting when new Club Officers are inducted. We spoke to representative Jermaine who was very professional and knowledgeable about your company and products. Speaking to Jermaine and the prompt service following is what got you a rating of 4. She should get a "gold star" or whatever rewards you give your employees."
