"The turn around time was great, the product was as ordered. But, on a lot of the pens tested so for, they skip, a lot! A pen that doesn't function properly goes in the trash in my household, and I'm pretty sure thats the way it works in most households. So as a giveaway, I am only filling up someone else trash can, with these.
Now these were on sale, but I still expect a useable product, for my money. What I suspect is, these pens are old stock sitting around for quite some time, and the ink has dried or possible some corrosion on the tip of the pen. Either way, I am stuck testing the pens before I can hand them out.

"Ordered mugs the first few days of December. Ordering was easy and straight forward. Once finished, I made payment and got a scheduled delivery date of Dec 17. We needed these for Christmas gifts for our employees. We called as it got close to the delivery date and we’re assured they would be on time. Well long story short they did not show up until the middle of January. They blamed lack of staff and the COVID. It seems to me that if that was the case, they shouldn’t have taken the order. They also told me that they would be updating me and would call or email me with production dates etc. and none were done.
