"This is the second set of crisper drawers we have purchased for our refrigerator. It is not a problem with the seller, it is the poor materials used by the manufacturer - the lip the drawer slides on eventually cracks and breaks off, causing the drawer not to slide. While it's great to not have to spend a couple of thousand on a new fridge, $50+ for each drawer is kinda painful. Still, we were happy to find the parts are still available from this retailer. We appreciate the quick service from them. One carton looked smashed in, but the drawer was intact."

"I am overall quite happy with your service. However, replacing the old light bulb with the new one turned out to be a little more difficult than what you showed in the youtube video in which you showed doing this in a kitchenaid unit. The whirlpool unit was different in some aspect from the kitchenaid unit. Maybe, update your youtube video and include the replacement of the microwave light bulb in a whirlpool oven/microwave combo!"
