"I had to search high and low for this stovetop element. My decision to order it from Appliance Parts Pros was the price. Some other companies were twenty to thirty dollars higher. When this first arrived I was afraid it wasn't going to fit but it just turned out to be a tighter fit than the other burners, which is probably how they are supposed to fit. Found the part on wednesday for $33. The repair was for my elderly neightbor and I wanted to verify that it was appropriate before committing to the order. I was unable to do this until Friday. When I returned to the ApplianceParts website the part was now $48. The chatbot indicated that prices were only guaranteed for 24 hours so basically TOUGH LUCK. I saw no indication of this on the web site. With price hike , tax and delivery it amounted to nearly $70. I needed it so I ordered it. That process was well done and the part arrived the next day ... so some positive here. I have always been favorable to ApplianceParts but will look elsewhere first the next time. btw .. the repair was successful and I did not pass on the cost to my 85 year old, widowed neighbor. "

"Ordering was easy. Part shipped out quickly and I replaced the old one with my new part. the electric plug in that came on the new piece was wrong, but I used the old one and knew up front I'd have to use a Pc. or 2 from the old unit, so that wasn't a big deal. Nor sure how long it's supposed to take to start working, but after a day, I haven't seen any ice cubes from the new unit, so we'll have to see how that goes..."
