"While cleaning my GE oven recently I inadvertently broke the part that ignites the gas. The stove is about 12 years old and I've never had a problem with it - till now. I immediately had vision of a costly service repair bill. However, before biting the bullet for a technician to come over and replace the part I decided to do a little online research. I'm really glad I did so.
The first website I went to identified the part and priced it at about $85.00 before shipping and handling. A little more digging brought me to Appliance Parts Pros and I'm so glad I found them. Not only was the needed part cheaper - about $30.00 cheaper! - but they also had a 5-6 minute video showing me how to complete the replacement. While the stove used in the video was not the exact model I have, the information provided was more than enough to convince me that this repair was well within my ability to do.
I ordered the part at about 4 pm on a Wednesday and got it within 24 hours. The repair took about 1/2 hour and I was back to baking again that night.
Great price, great technical info, great shipping - if I could give this review 10 stars I would. Needless to say, this is now my go-to site for replacement parts."
