After finding the part, it took several times trying to enter the freezer serial number until their system took it. When the part arrived it obviously wouldn't fit. The return process simple, but I was required to pay return shipping. I feel that I should not have to pay for the mistakes in their data base. After a conversation with a customer service rep, the shipping fees were returned. I highly recommend doing business with this company."
