"Product was delivered the next day .all parts were individually wrapped . The front load washer gasket is a PUP to install . But with a little determination, it was a learning experience for sure . The inside section was the hardest to deal with ,I did use some small clamps to help facilitate the operation . When I put everything back together the machine had no power . I called your help line and was given several areas to check for power issues . The gentleman that helped me on the phone was quite versed in the topic . I took the top off machine and went after the computer panel as per the phone call . It was a quick fix plug half in half out . put some electric tape on it to hold it in place and everything is working fine .Thank you for your help in getting things back in order Norm"
