"It all started when my brother decided to remodel his kitchen. My wife said we would love to take your old oven off of your hands. Having a built-in oven and a built-in range top at the time, this made it a necessity that I would have to remodel our kitchen as well. I only found out that the oven was of need of repair when I went to pick it up from my brother's house. The website made it super easy to find the part I needed and order. My only complaint is that I paid for overnight shipping, and it did not arrive overnight. It was ordered on a Thursday and did not arrive until Monday. Still super happy with being able to get the part. Other searches were dead ends. "

"I waited several weeks for my order to be filled. I finally gave up and contacted the merchant and asked to cancel the order. The person that I talked to was very cheerful and cancelled the order immediately. I received a confirmation email in less than a minute."

"I placed an order for a user interface board for my dishwasher that had an ETA of a few weeks. The next day, I got an email saying my order was cancelled stating the UI board has been discontinued by the manufacturer. A few days later, while still looking for the part, their website showed there were 16 in stock and would ship in 2 days! So I placed another order, but also sent an inquiry to verify it was actually available. The reply said unfortunately they were not, but had an ETA within a week, so if I placed another order it would go through and would ship as soon as they received them. Well, once again, the next day my order was cancelled with the same explanation as the first tine. So there's no guarantee the info on the website is accurate and the info from customer service isn't accurate either. I've also contacted GE and was told there is no indication that the part is discontinued - it is simply on back order. "
