"Dryer timer wasn't working. Researched buying a new timer. ApppliancePartPros video suggested it could be a resistor, not the timer. Resistors are much less expensive and easier to replace. So I bought and installed the resistor. It worked. The timer advances normally again. Their advice saved me a pile of money and a lot of time."
