"Buying the part was easy, the problem was the return. Appliance Pros make it very hard and does not refund the very high shipping. They do not provide a shipping label, you have to purchase it yourself. I would try another company first and only use Appliance pros as a last resort."

"Ordered parts on 01/10/22. Paid $10.95 for prompt delivery. Parts never came until the 22. Now returning parts because ordered and received new parts from other source and dryer has been repaired for 10 days. Problem is it is costing me $15 to return late received parts. Now I'm spending $26 just in mail cost alone. Isn't my fault that parts were delayed. Appliancepartspros should at least refund the parts cost and the shipping cost I initially paid."

"Got it faster than expected. The water tank for my LG LFX31945ST wasn't an exact match for the old one but the manufacturer discontinued the original. I was going to return it but with some water feed tube modifications and a bit of duct tape I made it work. "
