"I had attempted to order my parts from another supplier, but after over 2 weeks decided they were not going to fill my order.
Found this company on line. Using their website, I was able to complete my order with no assistance. I was astonished when my part came 2 days later, and was the correct part I ordered.
Unfortunately, I needed another part to go with the first part. Same simple order process, same 2 day delivery.
When my stove still didn't work, I called a customer service rep. This ended up being the most pleasant experience. I was treated with respect, and the rep ( whom I think deserves a raise! ) checked with the technical service people, and then the parts supplier. Turns out the manufacturer no longer supports this model stove.
I ended up replacing the stove, with full knowledge the old one could not be repaired.

The repair video was super helpful and explained exactly how to pull everything out and how to replace the element and put everything back together again. My dryer design was slightly different than the one on the video but was still easy to get everything apart without too much hassle."
