"My dishwasher upper and lower racks needed to be replaced due to rust and erosion of the prongs. I have an "off brand" Frigidaire dishwasher and I simply had to input the model number for the dishwasher to find the replacement racks. The website also shows how to install the items, which is a great customer service. When we replaced the lower rack we were afraid it wasn't the correct one because, duh, we put it in *backwards*. No big deal, we just slid it out and turned it around. Will purchase these again when we need new ones.

"To give credit where it's due: The price of the part was competitive, the shipping was as prompt as could be hoped for and the product arrived in good condition -- despite the shabbiness of the packaging.
The how-to videos are exceptionally well done, with a clear explanation of the basic steps involved in replacing the broil element of my range. Unfortunately, they don't show the gymnastics required to gain access to the back of the oven and to work around the open oven door. What's more, the screws holding the old element in were pretty frozen in place after 18 years of use, and the wiring at the rear of my oven doesn't have enough slack to allow easy removal & replacement. My 60-year-old lower back gave out before I could complete the repair. I'll probably return the replacement element and live without the broiler for a while until I get around to replacing the whole range.
I'm not blaming AppliancePartsPros. I'm offering this just to let others know that DIY jobs aren't always as easy as they look."
