Replacement was received 2 days later and is in perfect condition. "The title says it all. We love our Samsung fridge, especially the ice crusher. We probably go through a whole tray or two per day. Needless to say, when it gives us fits we start getting PTSD. lol I dreaded calling a technician just because of work force delays and that little thing called money. I was stumbling around on Youtube last week and there he was, Simon from Appliance Pros, schooling me on how to save our ice maker and crusher ... and our marriage!
