"I ordered the part on june 13. Was told it would ship on the 15th. Emailed them on the 18th and they told me the order got lost and they would reship at no charge. Wow, thanks for not charging me twice for something i still don't have. Its now the 21st, still no part and hence no working oven either. Might revise rating up one star if the parts ever get here and seem ok."
