"The package was sealed so you had no idea that the thermal detector was defective (no continuity) but, it has left me without a microwave oven for another week. Your tech rep was very helpful and verified that there should be continuity in the new temperature module.
I am still waiting for the replacement part to arrive. "

"The video was helpful. I did not expect to find that the light bulb socket was underneath a foam covering which I had to remove with great care so as to not damage the wires. This caused short and easy job to become longer and a bit more difficult. It took extra effort and more tools to be able to attach the socket to to the wires. Now I have a refrigerator light that goes o and off as it should."

"I thought I needed a control board for my Whirlpool Refrigerator. After ApplianceProParts help me with the order I ordered the part. While I was waiting to receive the control board I had a friend over that owns a refrigeration company. I told him that my refrigerator stopped working. He said he wanted to take a look. To make a long story short, it turns out that the compressor was bad. When the control board got here in e-mail via chat line and told them the story. They said return the board. So I did and got a complete refund for the part. Nice people to do business with. I booked marked their web page so if I ever need a appliance part they will get my business! I have told other friend the story and they also said the same thing, ApplianceProParts is who they will call. Not many companies on line that will work with consumers on refunds the way these folks did, thanks again! "
