"I paid extra for the faster delivery, which would have kept me on schedule. Instead, it was an "estimated" faster delivery in 2 days. Got delayed by 2 days (expected Sat. but came on Mon.) so i asked for the 3 dollars back from customer service since. They replied that the fine print said it was 2 - 5 days delivery (the checkout webpage said "2 days"). I'll stick with the other web retailers."

"Of course things tend to break only when one leaves town, and this was no exception. My wife advised me that our Speed Queen dryer quit drying a day after I left the country on business. Suspecting the heating element but not having access to its shape or model number, I entered a chat on the web. The agent was extremely helpful and sent me a link to the correct part including needed thermostats, jumper wires and screws. Without being able to remove the offending part and visually verifying it, I trusted the agent and ordered the package (I had first checked on the huge online seller for parts but found numerous knockoffs, bad English instructions, and reviews of parts not quite fitting). I was fortunate to find this company upon further research before settling for inferior products!
Upon my return home I immediately set about installing the new unit. The parts were a perfect fit and within thirty minutes the dryer was operational again and my wife was ecstatic. Thank you so much for the terrific service and accurate parts. "
