"The product -- a water intake valve for a Bosch dishwasher -- was fine. However, I paid a premium for a speedy delivery which prove to be a scam. Appliance Parts claimed the standard delivery was an average of 1.7 days. They took my money, but their "express" delivery was four days. I feel as though I was cheated."

"Overhead LED lights in Monogram built-in fridge went out. Everything that happens to a $10K fridge costs $250+ just to be diagnosed. With the help of your site and super fast delivery, problem was solved with a $4.95 part. Instructional video was free! Note: Monogram has two of the switches sitting side-by-side, one controls the top LED lights, the other controls the two long column lights. As the switch was redesigned, we opted to replace both for aesthetic reasons."

"I ordered a replacement film for the inside of my microwave oven's door. The film is intended to be invisible as it is clear, and it adheres to the sheet metal with all the tiny holes in the door that one can see through. Unfortunately, the replacement sheet of plastic had visible imperfections, wrinkles and severe creases, like it was mishandled before packaging. It is not even close to as clear as the original because all of the imperfections are now visible.
It is possible it was damaged in shipping because of the poor (stupid) choice of shipping container, a bubble wrap envelope. Since the plastic is so thin, the bubble wrap envelope can be bent, folded, crushed and otherwise abused during shipping, as there is no rigid support. AppliancePrtsPros clearly chose unwisely. This choice of shipping package almost guarantees the part will arrive damaged. Poor choice, to be kind, of shipping container on the part of AppliancePArtsPros.
I thought the imperfections might disappear when applied it and tried to smooth out the plastic to the inside of the door surface. It was relatively easy to install, but the imperfections are still very visible and unsightly. Disappointed.
This is the second part I ordered from AppliancePartsPros that was improperly packaged, which part was also damaged in shipping. They replaced that part three times, and all three times it arrived damaged because they refuse to use anything rigid to ship brittle plastic parts, they only use bubble envelopes. They did refund my money, but they had the part and couldn't get it to me. Very frustrating, and very dumb on their part, and they do not learn from their mistakes. "
