"I ordered and received it with-in a few days. Only problem was they show a video and how to replace the ice maker a part that needs to be taken off the old one and installed on new. Well the new ice maker when you go to install the base plate. The screw holes in the new ice maker are 3 MM where the old one is 6 MM. Try finding 3 MM 1/2 long stainless screws. No luck. Spent hrs looking. I took the old ice maker apart found screws needed . Just wished they (appliance Parts) said something. Other wise happy with what I purchase"

"despite the shipping morass of covid 19 and a bit of confusion from the "logic" of the customer service bot, these guys had not only the right part, and the right information to troubleshoot, and repair the item, but an unbeatable price online. the 1-6 day expedited shipping arrived literally before i awoke the next noon and tho the installation process left me grumbling some profuse words, possibly in french, my repair was a total success for about 40 bux AFTER shipping and the little woman's entirely overpriced overhyped computer disguised as a fridge rocks again.
if these guys are this awesome during a time of plague, i can only assume they're even more awesome than my experience. so shop with confidence, knowing that appliancepartspros has the integrity to really deliver what they say they will, the winning hand in spades."

"I wish I would of started with appliance parts pro it would have saved me a ton of frustration and disappointment of ordering the wrong drawer on multiple occasions from different parts houses that listed their parts as a replacement to find out they don’t fit. Then I have to go through the process of returning the wrong parts and getting a refund.
