"Requesting and getting a specific part was easy. It came well wrapped and in a timely manner. Unfortunately the board did not solve my problem. Since I used the board, trying to return it is iffy. This agrees with their return policy. I sent it back and will see if I get my money back. Their web pages had good technical manuals.
I have a 17 year old double wall oven that I could not turn off the upper broiler without turning off the circuit breaker. I had asked for advice on their web pages. I knew that the problem was one of two boards, the Control Board or the Relay Board. The advice that I received turned out to be wrong. I have to wonder if the advice that I received coincided with the fact that they happened to sell the Control Board? The Relay Board is no longer available, but I have sent the broken one off to The Repair Shack to see if they can fix it."

I do not anticipate any problems installing them especially after watching several videos on Appliance Parts Pros's website at the time of my purchase. "I placed an order on Tuesday, May 26th. The computer said it was out of stock at the time. I waited until Friday the 29th before I called them. They said the part was scheduled to be back in stock that same day. I was told I would receive an email as soon as it was shipped. As of Thursday the 4th I have not received any communication, much less my ordered part. I am not at all satisfied."
