"I thought I could figure out the part I needed for our LG front load washer by watching some videos on YouTube and searching with the model number. Wrong! Evidently there are several versions of the washing machine, all with the exact same model number, but with some very different parts in our case. When I called AppliancePartsPro to find out what I did wrong, they were quickly able to help me find the right part using the serial number plus the model number. They got the new part to me overnight (the washer was mostly taken apart and my wife was giving me the evil eye) so I got the job finished the next day. Our washer is good as new now.
Save some time and consternation by calling for some help first. They really know what they're doing when you've got to have the right part the first time."
