"I was looking for a door part. unfortunately, their website listed a wrong part for the model of stove I had. only upon receiving and measuring did I find the part to be wrong. this will cost me close to $100 in shipping costs...my question...why show a part that does not fit the model being searched for?"

"We ordered some parts for our refrigerator from the model/serial number, I paid an extra $15 for shipping to get it here quicker and it did arrive the next day. But when we put in the new board the refrigerator started beeping and was giving an message Op.Er, no communication so my husband took it out and put the old board back in and it quit. I was going to send back the board and get an refund but when I called today I was giving a different part number for the board for our refrigerator, apparently there are several different part numbers for our model number. But I was told today once the part is put in that ya'll normally don't take them back so now I am stuck with an part we can't use and we are out $83 so I'm not to happy about that. I was also told I could send it back and once it gets checked out and everything looks good we could get a refund but if not it will just get thrown away and we won't get any money back. My question would be is how a person will know if the part fits or not if it's not put in???? I doubt I will ever order or recommend this business to anyone else to order parts from. Very disappointed."

"I was in the oricess of returning items for credit, at the post ofice they said that will be $58.00 to send the items back. I said this is not a prepaid label, they said no you will have to pay for the shipping. I said heck no. Of all the companies I have purchased with and had to send items back this is the only company I know that does nor provide a free shipping back label. I REEFUSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN."
