"Technician seemed competent. He determined the fan motor to be intermittent/weak. The cost quoted was too high with his parts and labor. He said this was the major problem. I ordered a fan motor from the internet. I replaced the fan motor, but replacing did NOT cure the problem. I found the air duct to the lower unit to be blocked by ice, which he had NOT cleaned/removed! I cleared the duct, and the unit began working properly."
